                                                                  PRE-PRODUCTION LOG - Updated Thursday 12th August, 2010.

Last night of Wednesday 11th August, 2010, Director Robert Hoskin and Cinematographer Chris Hilton-Wood went to deaf supporting actor Joseph Heenan's place in Frankston for the big film discussion meeting for their preparation to produce a three-minutes film trailer of "My Imported Wife". All the meeting went okay with upbringing result for the film shooting days schedule, which leaves Robert something to wondering about. After was told that Hilton-Wood will go to Mt.Buller for his regular winter outing, as Robert dubbed him as 'Mt.Buller Addict', that he will not be involded in film shooting until back on track due at around mid October to late November, 2010. All the deaf actors, Ross Onley-Zerkel, Yasuko Tsuchiya, Joseph Heenan, Greg Bell, Linda Mathers and newcomer deaf theatre actress Jessica attended there with big exception of Trudy Fraser. She didn't come there after was told that she currently living at Flowerdale, the fire-ravaged town which her house was destroyed by fire during the Black Saturday event of 7th February, 2009. Trudy pleaded him to accepts that she will absent away from the meeting. He understood her decision but has wanted her to do her brief supporting role as 'Irene', dispute her request to let him to replace her for another new actress. But Robert gave her an ultimation decision whether or not to star in it which the film shooting for trailer version will take place around in Frankston on mid October to end of November. Ross made Robert mind-blogged about the day shooting dates schedule problem that he has painfully waiting for their day too long and seemingly 'overdue'. Robert doesn't fancy to lose his deaf stars which he has found them the perfect characteristic image presentation to performing their deaf roles, according on his focus at the balance of the story-telling context. As Ross still activiting his wide interest on his actual role as 'Patrick', that leaves Robert very contented and happy. Yasuko Tsuchiya have no trouble secured her original role as 'Satomi'. The other rest of deaf stars only will be availabled during the weekends only. Robert believed that the weekend shooting days will not affect the time schedule provided. As the way of professional motion picture filmmaking activities, Robert will cram the tight day schedule about 25% down with average two shots per scene location, ranged from 'very easy' to 'difficult impacting' scenes which often being shown mainly from the style of Hollywood 'action-related incident' montage cuts. They will shot all the trailer scenes from Robert's selective 11-pages trailer script to create a '10 mins' version ( which is excessively too long for a trailer ) but it is ultimate tool way to edit down the stretched-out shots to magically-imaged incident impactness to produce a genuine Hollywood-Style trailer - aiming directly only for the interested investors whose are willing to supply Robert and his team their massive money to get the appropriate film funding budget to eliminate the over-delay pre-film production's waiting process. Robert has determined that whether if Chris' proposal idea is big success or massive failure. Only their time will tell . . .
